How I Lost 25kg in 9 Months | Vegan Weight Loss Transformation

 

In this video, I share all the tiny hacks and healthy habits that helped me let go of 25kg (55lbs) of excess weight in 2025. No restriction, no calorie counting, no endless hours at the gym, no weight loss medication, and no giving up of all the delicious vegan Nigerian meals I love. With small, daily habits, I was able to up-level my health in a way that surprised even me!

This health journey was much needed - a way to regain more energy, have better sleep, improve health stats and make movement easier.
