  1. I've been a vegan for 20 years and I must say that this is one of the best vegan sites that I have ever seen. As an African American, I really appreciate foods that speak to my DNA but that are also healthy. Keep up the great work and much success to you in your endeavors!!

  8. Thank you for sharing these great recipes! In your photos above, what is the third dish (top row)? It looks like an Indian Pakoras. If the recipe is not posted, would you kindly share it? It looks like something my husband would love. Thank you!

  10. I've been a vegan for only 9 months, 9 months full of discovery and absolute bliss. I am particularly elated today to discover a site by a fellow African with Nigerian dishes (certainly more familiar for a Cameroonian). Wonderful work!

  12. Before you go to the grocery store and spend money on gluten free ingredients for a special recipe, it can be helpful to know just how many other people enjoyed the finished product. After all, many gluten free ingredients may cost more than their gluten-rich versions - therefore, finding five-star gluten free recipe reviews can save you money.

  13. This is surely one of the best source to have good information on recipes where surplus amount of stuff given at single spot only and easy to access.

I'm running my own hotel 'Miamia house in the desert' where I everyday do wonders in my kitchen exploring and creating something unique for my guest and clients.

I got brilliant ideas from this blog! Keep sharing! I would look forward!
